"Ever since Tzetzi and Koert met they had two things in common, a fondness for gambling and a desire to aim for the skies. While at first just referring to wanting to achieve their dreams they would soon truly "aim for the skies" building a prototype hot air balloon with money earned from a small casino operating out of Koert's basement. However disaster struck when Tzetzi got in trouble with some shady loan sharks. To escape from his pursuers he and Koert boarded their not quite finished balloon, which due to a loose plate crash landed in the coast not far from where Östliches lies today. Here they started their business anew with an even greater goal in mind; a flying casino. This is how what may be Goofenreich's most ambitious project came to be. "The Golden Citadel""-Koertmans
